Nick Fenmore
President
As President, Nick is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Westward Homes . He also heads Westward’s design program, steering architects and engineers through pre-construction and directing field teams once the structure is sealed. Serving as the conduit between each client’s vision and on-site execution, Nick translates design intent into impeccable detailing and finishes.Prior to co-founding Westward Homes, Nick was a partner at Metros Capital where he held leadership positions in everything from construction to acquisition to operations.
Over the past decade, Nick helped source over $50M in residential and multifamily investments and managed over $30M in construction.

Leonard Alron
Head of Construction
As the Head of Construction, Leonard is responsible for budgeting, scheduling, project management, and materials sourcing. Leonard also directly oversees structural design ensuring that feasibility and cost are always considered before breaking ground. As Westward’s specialist in sitework and rough trades, he orchestrates demo, grading, utilities, foundations, and framing with surgical precision, ensuring every project starts on rock-solid ground.Prior to co-founding Westward Homes, Leonard successfully built over 840 multifamily homes across Los Angeles. Over the course of his 12 year career, he has managed over $250M in construction and currently holds B and C-10 licenses

Nick Halaris
Business Development
As Westward Homes business development lead, Nick is responsible for strategy, sales and marketing. Nick also helps oversee accounting, HR, legal and other administrative functions of the company.Over the past 15 years, Nick has strated and lead multiple successful real estate businesses and has invested more than $300M across 2,500 multifamily units and 150 custom homes. Nick is also the author of Profit+, a popular newsletter designed to help people pursue success without compromise, and the host of the Nick Halaris Show podcast.

As Westward’ Homess senior advisor and the former California Building Industry Association President, John brings big-picture strategy and deep industry relationships to every project.With five decades in real estate, John has directed more than $1 billion indevelopment, including 4,000 homes and 3,300 finished lots through his company Young Homes.
